When we plan new products, we first have a look at what's already offered by other companies. And when we are of the opinion that we can do better, let's get to work! It was no different for our Vegan Salami, where we did a really good job. You may well compare.
For our Vegan Salami we are using wheat instead of meat. And instead of bacon we take high-quality rapeseed oil with many good omega-3 fatty acids
Drinking water, rapeseed oil, 6% wheat gluten, flavouring, thickening agent: carrageenan, konjac, methylcellulose; table salt, potato protein, 1,6% wheat flour, spices, dextrose, citrus fibers, colouring agents: iron oxide, carotene.
