Rügenwalder Mühle’s Vegan Salami with Coloured Pepper enlarges the vegetarian range of cold cuts. Our Vegetarian Salami is a real alternative for those who (now and then) do not want to eat real meat and sausage products nevertheless, do not want to miss the taste. Like all Rügenwalder products the Vegan Salami is regularly controlled by the SGS INSITUTE FRESENIUS.
For our Vegan Salami with Coloured Pepper we are using wheat instead of meat. And instead of bacon we take high-quality rapeseed oil with many good omega-3 fatty acids
Drinking water, rapeseed oil, 6% wheat gluten, flavouring, thickening agent: carrageenan, konjac, methylcellulose; table salt, potato protein, 1,5% wheat flour, 1,2% pepper, dextrose, paprika flakes, citrus fibers, spices, colouring agents: iron oxide, carotene.
