Rügenwalder Mühle’s Vegetarian Salami with Coloured Pepper enlarges the vegetarian range of cold cuts. Our Vegetarian Salami is a real alternative for those who (now and then) do not want to eat real meat and sausage products nevertheless, do not want to miss the taste. Like all Rügenwalder products the Vegetarian Salami is regularly controlled by Institut Fresenius.

Ingredients

*We use eggs from free-range systems
Drinking water, rapeseed oil, 10% wheat gluten, dried egg white* , thickening agent: carrageenan, xanthan gum, locust bean gum; flavouring, table salt, 2% wheat flour, 1,2% pepper, dextrose, paprika flakes, modified starch, spices, colouring agents: iron oxide, carotene.
