Soya from Europe
Cooked Indian-style with curry, as an Asian dish with peanut sauce or in the traditional Zurich way with mushrooms and rösti: meat or chicken strips can be cooked in several different ways. And now there’s a plant-based option thanks to our vegan strips. Simply fry quickly in the pan and season to taste – delicious.
We use soya from Europe instead of chicken for our Vegan Strips. And instead of bacon, we take high-quality rapeseed oil that is bursting with healthy Omega-3 fatty acids.
