Soya from Europe
Our Vegan Mincemeat is suitable as purely vegetable alternative for all mincemeat dishes such as spaghetti Bolognese, lasagne or cabbage rolls. Since there are no roasting losses, you need about 1/3 less quantity than with the classic mincemeat. Also cooking time is shorter for the Vegan Mincemeat, because it must only fry four minutes in the pan.
For our Vegan Mincemeat we use soya from Europe. And instead of bacon we take high-quality rapeseed oil with many good omega-3 fatty acids.
