Soya from Europe
Grilling without meat? For many of us this means vegetables. But we are thinking of a really tasty Bratwurst, which does not look like meat free, let alone that you can taste it. And when it rains or snows - just fry the Bratwurst in the pan.
For our Vegetarian Bratwurst Sausage we are using soya, wheat, and eggs from free-range husbandry instead of meat. And instead of bacon we take high-quality rapeseed oil with many good omega-3 fatty acids.
* We use eggs from free-range systemsDrinking water, 9% soya protein isolate, rapeseed oil, onions, distilled vinegar, dried egg white*, wheat gluten, table salt, wheat starch, natural flavouring, thickening agent: methylcellulose, dextrose, spices, pea fibre, starch.
