When we plan new products, we first have a look at what's already offered by other companies. And when we are of the opinion that we can do better, let's get to work! It was no different for our Vegetarian Salami, where we did a really good job. You may well compare.

For our Vegetarian Salami we are using wheat and eggs from free-range husbandry instead of meat. And instead of bacon we take high-quality rapeseed oil with many good omega-3 fatty acids

Ingredients

*We use eggs from free-range systems
Drinking water, rapeseed oil, 10% wheat gluten, dried egg white*, thickening agent: carrageenan, xanthan gum, locust bean gum; flavouring, table salt, 2% wheat flour, dextrose, modified starch, spices, colouring agents: iron oxide, carotene.
